I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014. As an Army Veteran and military spouse, I enrolled at The Body Therapy Center & School of Massage in Belleville, IL out of a lifelong interest in massage therapy. Upon graduation from the 600+ credit/186 hour hands-on course, I earned my Massage Therapy Certificate and have since practiced in Illinois, Japan, and most recently, Virginia. I have worked on clients from pregnant moms to newborns thru 90+ years old clients in various therapy settings to include chiropractic, gyms, & private practice.
I specialize in deep tissue & Swedish massage as well as reflexology. I am an active listener who tailors every massage to the client's needs, wants, and preferences. An avid runner, swimmer, and yogi, I believe in the healing power of a quality massage or reflexology session.
